My experience flying a glider

I knew about Freedom Wings International (FWI) for a long time but never considered trying it out. I went this year (2 days ago) and I already regret never going before. Freedom Wings International offers a free chance to the disabled to ride in a glider. I always had this conception that it would be a big production to get in and out of the glider but they had a lot of support staff there to help. I sat in the pilot seat and got up to 4000ft, and because I was in the pilot seat I got to see everything without anything obstructing my view. I know this sounds more like a plug for the FWI program but I’m just writing why I didn’t go before and why I can’t wait to go again next year. If you are at least contemplating the idea of going but think it might be too much trouble to get in and out of the glider like I did, don’t make the mistake of not going cause they do a really good job with helping everybody.
